toxic management, low salary not worth your time and career
The good thingskind owner and good friends
The challengesthe bosses who love to micromanage employees they think that they’re doing a great job but they just made us feel demotivated at work. sobrang baba ng salary, lowballed masyado. bulok HR, “yes man” lang sa lahat ng sinasabi ng nakakataas hindi ka nila matutulungan

toxic culture and bad management, low pay make it a tough place to work long-term. i don’t recommend this to my friends
The good thingsgenerous owner. a no-brainer job
The challengesNot a fan of “WE ARE FAMILY” mindset & felt like it’s just their excuse for their poor management, toxic environment, and severe micromanagement. Office politics are rampant, and the LOW SALARY makes it hard to stay motivated. It’s a no brainer job but the work load is overwhelming and doesn’t match the low salary.

A company with great benefits but overshadowed by poor management and a toxic work environment.
The good thingsThe owner is very generous, especially with bonuses, and the weekly rice benefit is incredibly helpful. Honestly, the only reason I stayed as long as I did was because of the friends I made at work.
The challengesWhile the owner is kind, the people running the company are toxic, especially after changes brought in a new boss. The micromanagement is unbearable, and the intense office politics are a big reason why many employees leave or don’t stay long.

    Unhealthy working environment
The good thingsThe owner is kind and generous. They always made sure that the employees are well taken care. Very humble. It's so sad that some staff take advantage of them.
The challengesSome staff are family related and self entitled. Unprofessional heads and staff, some are not open to change. Incompetent staff. Poor management.

The challengesUnprofessional colleagues. Most of the employees are incompetent when it comes to their position. When you show your competence, they will hit on you. They are not open to changes and improvement.
