    Good training ground and a friendly environment
    The good thingsThe company gave me an overview on what to expect on a semiconductor industry in the future. I learned a lot about their devices, processes and workflow. I also noticed that employees has a good work life balance. The company also provides nutritious food on their canteen, free shuttle and good medical/health services.
    The challengesThe only challenge that I see on the company is the pressure when their are customer complains.

    The challengesVery high standard on hiring employees. Specially on the educational background. Educational background is a big division for the direct labors to enter the indirect labor group. Great experience, raport and records will be waste if you do not qualify on the educational qualification
