    The good thingsthere are some good people around the workplace but in the workplace, with people who spent their senior year in the company there will always have some superiority issues and take no to some new ideas from the newer employee or staff.

    The challengesthe people and the environment. For the people, they should invest more to their people and help them to learn more for the benefit also of the company. The environment is so stressful. Need some activities to lessen the stress.

    The challengesSince it is a semiconductor company,it relies the target delivery date of the customers,as a product eng'g assistant,all products to be done shall have Marking Instruction Document for traceability,and as an assistant,I was assigned to do it,no room for mistake or else products will be rejected by the customers,hence,it will be a.losses to the company
