    It was a great company! People oriented and God-fearing owners that's why they are blessed.
    The good thingsFriendly wokrmates and very accomodating superiors. They give value to their people more than anything else. Training needs to improved more and should provide healthcards to regular employees.
    The challengesDaily shifts is a challenge. How will you please each and everyone, most importantly the new ones. Amici has regular guests who are very approchable and accomodating to all.

    Love your work and they will love u as well.
    The good thingsI enjoy working here in amici because of my co worker, the positive things that happen while im working, the guest and specially the company that have support us as an employee.
    The challengesThe negative feedback that in everyday routine I encounter different situation like guest complaint, my travel from home to work, health and weather but all of that I can used to it as a strong person and dedicated to work.

    The good things- good working environment - the employees are easy to get along with - the employers are God Fearing people - we have mass every first Wednesday and recollection every year for spiritual growth - Family oriented
