    It was my first time to write about products and health-related topics. I learned a lot and I also got to experience many new things.
    The good thingsI worked from home in the whole two years so it was less hassle for me. I met my co-workers maybe just once or twice but everyone was nice and professional.
    The challengesMy salary didn't increase even after the probationary period.

    The good thingsAmici will make sure that you will learn inside and outside the company. You will be able to know the company itself. Support from Sales team is outstanding. They will push you to become better at your Job
    The challengesWell, Challenge is always there. First is introducing the product to client/market. It takes time. But for sure, The support from sales and from the higher ups is always there. Stress is normal. Given that the company is doing engineering works

    Just say no when they call you

    The challengesEvery day you have to wake up early because the call time is 6:30 for toolbox. Toolbox is held everyday, it's like a meeting of every subcontractors to remind them safety rules and concern about their respective jobs.

    The good thingsThe company would train its employees well. They give you background on know-hows and you would really learn a lot in all aspects - technical and administrative. Most of the employees are in good relationships with one another.
    The challengesMost things are urgent and rush. Some customers even escalate their concerns because they are not given enough attention. Other employees fail to communicate and coordinate properly. A few act as primadonnas and this is very bad for the welfare of the other employees
