    The good thingsThe company has good benefits, good system, good GMP standards, good policies, a role model for Pharmaceutical Production here in the Philippine settings. This will be the best training grounds if you want to develop sense or urgency, responsibility, communication, patience, and critical thinking!

    The challengesIn my area, I found myself with less or almost no work/life balance presumably because of heavy workload, poor management and incompetent leaders. No appreciation and thus they can't boost the morale of their subordinates.

    The good thingsi enjoy of inspecting and work as a team.all of the employees are hardworking and the management is kind to its employee.all of the employee are very friendly and very nice to others even if they are newly hired.They had also a free meal and free vitamins for those who are working in long hours like me.And my line leader is very kind so i don't giving up whenever she gives me a quota or target production.Amherst Laboratories is also 1 of the most cleanest company that i'v ever know,well i said that i have a good experience in that company.
