    Hell hell and hell. No learning curve. Everything is self taught while expectations are so high
    The good thingsNothing. Only rumors keeps us alive. The environment is not inviting. Our station have cockroaches. Very unreliable higher management
    The challengesYou'll be working beyond your duties on contract. Employee retention is low very low. New hires will resign 1-2months due to overload. No manuals no HR to defend employee.
