Toxic Environment
The good thingsPros. You'll be able to work on a semi flexi hours. You'll be the one to look for clients so your old database is an advantage. You do not have to do overtime just when needed. It has 600 employees so you get to pick your friends
The challengesHowever there are some departments that was so toxic that you can't even work on your extent. Some managers are not trained and experienced to handle people and uses their power over you for petty things. If you are an independent worker or sales, this work place is not recomended for you as they will make an issue to your independent attitude. Mostly power tripping. Management needs a lot of training. 80% it would not bring out the best of you.

Best for Fresh Graduates
The good thingsit gave me basic knowledge i need to be a good solution presenter. all the information with solution provisions were all garnered at ATI. The company gave me the right tools and knowledge i need to be prepared when i need to be deployed in a certain project. and also the team were i was assigned really helped me become who i am today and thats why i stayed there for five years.
The challengesthe main concern here is the promotion of its employees. you wont get noticed in the company if wont grandstand for them. and when you demand for a raise they wont make it a priority. and also the benefits of the employees are a major concern because they lack the privilege of having mandatory leaves. and the health card and insurance of the employees.

The good thingsI enjoyed working with the owner of the company because we treat each other as family.
The challengesChallenges in terms of relationship which thought me how to become increase my emotional quotient capacity aside from being an intellectual person it gives me more value of human relationship which is one of the most effective ingredient in any business growth and development as well as personal intention that is why for me group brainstorming is the best way to succeed any activities.

The good thingsFamily oriented community. Approachable workmates. Understanding and caring superiors / bosses.
The challengesLack of compensation benefits. No proper training. No performance basis and no performance appraisals. Lack of system. No food allowance for field works. No career growth and direction.
