    The good thingsThe Employers train well, most specially the Supervisor and Team Leaders, they help their employee. They will let you feel that you are in the right track in starting a career in being Call Agent.
    The challengesThe pressured and quota's, each employee need to target monthly sales to avoid force termination from being Outbound Sales Representative.
