The good things1. Good things for the non-productive operations staff - they get the same rate and incentives as the productive people.
The challenges1.No salary review even if you have been with the company for the past 5 or 10 years. 2. Ratio of Manager to staff - 2:1 3. New support employees are given much higher number of SL/VL as compare to the current employees (5 VL only!) 4. Managers get lots of benefits while staff get....nothing!

The good leader and the VTT
The good thingsI enjoyed working here because the supervisor who handled the team is superb. She really cares for the company as well as to our team. She treat us fairly and cared for us like a mother.
The challengesI found it challenging to work with the leaders who handle us is that we worked as a team and not by individual. We found it challenging and difficult to work there when that company let and allowed that leader to resign without giving her to have a vacation because her family needs her.

    A Good Company
The good thingsI love working at this company because the promotion is so fast. You just have to comply with their standards in attendance, quality and productivity and a willing attitude to cooperate. When i got my first promotion i was trained by the best teachers at a location suitable for team buildings and seminars. They really value their key people and want to give the best to them. I had a high salary
The challengesThey will assign you to different projects simultaneously to stretch out your skills and capabilities. This is for your own good but sometimes we also have limitations. We can only do so much. They should know when it's too much for a key person to handle.
