The good thingsI have known amcon for about a year on okada manila proj as part of safety committee when i was working as project safety officer on Ecosystem Technologies Incorporated solid waste and water treatment specialist. It seems to be great part of this team ive seen expertise delivering great safety moments with this team delivering good insight on occupational safety and health. Ive learn more key ideas pertaining to be a good safety officer to Joerifil Muyano safety manager of amcon as our in-charge safety proj. management team.
The challengesAdditional safety officer at site to monitor and supervise better the safety awareness on site and ensuring safe environment and good welfare on all employed personnel working @ site.

It was good ib terms of experience, but the salary is not competitive
The good thingsYou can learn allot. The company will allow you to work by your own knowledge and skills. However, you will have to deal with multi tasking. Still very challenging, but stressful. You can make decision by your own.
The challengesAbout the salary, its not competitive. And the increase was so questionable. Your superior will not talk to you if you done good, no appreciation from them. Multi tasking is required, and you need to accomplish the deadlines.

The good thingsThe site I was assigned to was very convenient to me because it is relatively near to my house. Plus, the working environment is not that stressful.
The challengesThe company could improve largely the way they handle or manage their employees.

The good thingsYou will be exposed in procurement process and dealing with the clients. Deal with many people and learn to communicate with them.
The challengesNo proper mentoring. Dont have yearly increase and bonus after the project.
