    Challenging for the newbies
The good thingsTrue to their word and delivers fair pay.
The challengesThe company is great! However they need to view recruiting people more time in qualifying them for the job. More often due to desperation, they get just who ever applies.

In this response, the candidate quantifies their success in a prior role. By being specific, they give the interviewer proof of their ability to do the job. The candidate also explains how they could help the company if they were to be hired.
The good thingsBefore the recruiter called me about this opportunity, I must admit that I didn't know much about your company. I've been doing some research in preparation for this discussion, and I need to say that I'm impressed by your work and your vision for the future. I'm genuinely interested in getting more involved in the technological side of marketing, and I read that you are growing in that area. As an experienced marketer with an emphasis in technology, I know I can bring a lot of value to the team.
The challengesI didn't have enough challenges. After a while, all the projects became repetitive. I thrive on challenge

    The truth
The good thingsFast com. Good HR,
The challengesToxic Environment, Poor Management Training, Sales coordinators will give you a hard time. Directors will not help you they just keep on asking about the Sales no Developmental training, The Directors will always compete with other directors and pushing too much pressure on their managers and Sales agents without giving any strategies. Think first before applying. Check the status of their inventory and projects.

    research
The good thingsPeople are accommodating and work isn't too heavy for an intern. You get to immerse yourself through research and presentations, and site visits if you're lucky.
The challengesIt was repetitive, especially as an intern, but in the end it goes back to how your hustle contributes to the company.

    It's hard, but it's rewarding.
The good thingsIt's hard to look for clients, when you find one it's harder even to convince them to buy. When they buy it's a rewarding experience as the commission is big, because you are dealing with real estate.
The challengesLooking for clients is the most challenging part.
