    The company's poor management and HR consistently failed to address employee concerns, leaving issues unresolved and morale severely impacted.
    The good thingsI have had the privilege of working with some truly exceptional individuals, and I can't express enough how much I appreciate their professionalism, dedication, and positive attitude.
    The challengesCommunication is unclear, and there seems to be a lack of accountability when it comes to addressing concerns. The overall lack of responsiveness and understanding from both management and HR is a significant barrier to a positive work environment, the company should take steps to address these.

    Lack of generosity is the main problem of this company, they are not priority the employees, alot of sacrifies and most of all unfair/selfish.

    The challengesIt's so hard to get the support from the management and the marketing group. Salary and Allowances are always delayed.
