    The challengesExpectations. The managers will expect you to function 100% on your learning phase, and they will expect you to learn all of your job duties and responsibilities in a short time and if you did not reach their expectations they will sent you out of the company.

    The good thingsThe work environment is great. The company empowers its employees thru well-thought HR engagement activities and generous corporate resources. Socials are very enjoyable due to the vibrant and energetic culture instilled by the company, not to mention the youthful (ave. age is 28 I think) organization of friendly and highly sociable professionals. Lastly, one of the best things about working here is the benefits and bonuses package which is beyond generous.
    The challengesWhile the compensation and benefits are extremely good as well as the culture and people, the expectations regarding work output is a bit stretched in my opinion. It's a young company which has achieved top status as the leading real estate developer in the PH with so much growth in recent years and as a result, there is also so much work to do with manpower not really being able adapt perfectly but nonetheless, it is an opportunity for those who like heavy workload.

    I like their theme and how they filter their sellers. My groupmates are all kind. Our leaders makes us feel that they are really concern about us.

    The challengesIt is really easy for your commission to be forfeited. It is really hard to make a sale and when you do it is still not a 100%guarantee that you will get your commision. If an employee in Ayala or in other companies that are related to Ayala bought from you, they will use your commission as discount for theirbemployees which I find unfair because it is not easy to make a salebin this kind of job

    The challengesLimit of resources and less recognition to people who really gave an effort for the company. Since it is based on sales one's value is not really valued nor given an importance. As an HR/Psychology Graduate, these type of Companies tend to lack on their employee-employer engagement.

    Tons of activities but highly stressful work environment
    The good thingsThe benefits are great and there are always activities to give a break in the work routine.
    The challengesManagement needs a lot of improvement. The work never ends because there is too much for one person to handle - either they are undermanned or it's the system itself that isn't efficient. OT is an everyday thing and if you're starting a family, this may not be good for you. And there's not much growth in the roles.

    In the field of Sales, (Commision) Money Tops it all!
    The good thingsThe commission on every sale is quite high. There are many activities and trainings and seminars for sellers development. On top of our allowances, there is also incentives and commissions.
    The challengesThe process of booking the sale is so tedious. The process of filling commissions is very tedious. Therefore, sellers are not motivated to sell and has high tendency to look for another developer. Leaders are mostly autocratic and has very low concern on their people particularly their sellers.

    The good thingsCulture is great. Very innovative and open minded. Young mindset overall and being in the real estate industry, it has tons of potential. It gives you relative freedom and autonomy to learn and develop on your own.
    The challengesDevelopment opportunities could've been better, especially with the business expanding. HR could've been more in touch with its employees as well since they weren't really aware of the growing discord within.
