    I have learned many things. I was able to experience how important branding, promotion.
    The good thingsFun and exciting would be an understatement, because every day I get to learn new things, every day I gain new experiences and ADC helped me to get out from my comfort zone in way that there were things I never thought that I could do and be good at it.
    The challengesYou may feel a bit pressure to be an independent and self-sufficient worker, but it’s so much better to clarify uncertainties.

    The good thingsThe company provides so many opportunities to learn about building digital products. The Management provides great guidance when it comes to work directions and achieving business objectives. The leaders are open and always listen to suggestions. The work is fast-paced, managers challenge you to think out-of-the-box - it's a great place to learn so much about the digital industry.
    The challengesThe Human Resource management can improve. The team can be a lot friendlier when it comes employee engagement programs. It should be more supportive of the business vision.

    Talented people but subpar digital products
    The good thingsThe employees are highly skilled and known in their respective fields, especially in the Creatives Department. There are also fun employee gatherings which happen regularly.
    The challengesOn a marketing level, their target market does not match the endorsers that they get for their products. Creativity is not flexible in this company because the branding rules are too rigid and honestly out of style. Comments from the CEO and upper management are coursed through aggressive emails rather than proper discussions.

    ALTUS Digital Capital is a fast-growing startup company.
    The good thingsALTUS Digital Capital is a fast-growing startup company which is very generous in providing its employees platforms and opportunities to showcase their skills. The workspace is also very unique and conducive to learning and collaboration.
    The challengesALTUS Digital Capital must improve their hiring process to avoid counter-productivity among its employees. As of writing, there are a good number of people who cannot deliver their work well, which is not surprising as the hiring process did not require them to submit sufficient documents and a portfolio to back up their title/job description. This now causes delays in deliverables, poor performance, branding/identity crises, which are all a waste of time and resources.

    Great Workplace
    The good thingsThe people are very accommodating and the workplace is really cozy, helping the employees work efficiently and effectively. I also would like to commend the Products team as they are able to show excellence in terms of design and criticism.
    The challengesWell, it's very far from home, that's the only challenge I think while working here in the company.

    The good thingsGreat peopl. Great environment. Challenging work... every idea counts.. management rewards great work and quickly acknowledges and appreciates employee initiative. Very easy to work with the whole office. Definitely feels like being in college.. the fun, challenging and rewarding experience of college life.
    The challengesAs a startup there will be moments of difficulties. But id rather be part of a growing company where I can make a big difference rather than a small fry in an already established multinational. The mindset needs to be at least at par with global standards. It definitely feels like we are part of some global players that are yet to become top of the food chain.

    The good thingsBest-in-class talents, amazing office location, the management team is very supportive, the teams are very collaborative and supports the goal. People are friendly and they are very inclusive. The office location is very good as well and its very accessible.

    Great place to work! The management empowers its employees.
    The good thingsFirst of, ALTUS has a great office space. It's a feel at home design. I also have great colleagues. Everyone is willing to help each other out. The company hires people that will surely help out in making sure that our products will work. There are lots of opportunities and the products are really promising.
    The challengesWell one challenge is that we are a start-up company. So the company is still adjusting on its benefits for the employees. I'm sure the company will be able to create outstanding benefits soon.
