    The good thingsMost of the accounts are new, so there's a lot of room for movement and growth either through vertical or lateral promotions.
    The challengesSince the accounts are new, baby steps have to be taken to make the necessary changes for account improvement.

    The good thingsSalary was always given on time. The facilities were top-rate. Benefits were outstanding.
    The challengesPerformance bonuses were always delayed. Top management did not trust their personnel. Employees were often overworked. Poor setting of expectations.

    The good thingsI enjoy the people i am working with. I like the factor that I have a fixed schedule and we can easy to apply for a vacation leave. The managers are very considerate and understanding ans very easy to approach.
    The challengesCompany could have been a good company if they are transparent to their employees and if they are taking good care of them. If the company has structure to follow and if the management are knowledgeable of how the company works.

    So-so
    The good thingsThe office is located near the shore, the scenery and ambiance is quite relaxing. The building itself is quite impressive, though there are only a few restaurants open during the night. Plus, there's a band on the fourth floor serenading us everyThursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. I enjoyed good company of friends, its location in MOA complex & the picture-perfect background.
    The challengesThe entire management team needs re-training for leadership and people skills. Our work is focused on project management and yet I feel like they are not equipped with the proper skill set to lead the team towards success. I don't know if it's a trend to hire not-so-efficient leaders but that seems to be the case here. To top it off, they don't practice what they preach.

    The good thingsIts just near the mall...if you are working on a mid shift, it beneficial.
    The challengesThe Management skills would be the greatest challenge. If you think you are good and you are treated right in your company, dont be blinded by this company's offer... they really sucks!
