    slow processing
    The good thingsin terms of giving job. it's fine but for the salary it is always delayed and not completed. like there's always missing two-three days work. and they did not pay that even if we complain them to the company. procedure for the savings cooperative share to get it takes more than 3 months which is not good.

    Irresponsible staff you'll ever meet.
    The good thingsThe 5-10% deduction of your salary will serve as your savings and you can get it after you pull out your membership to their company.
    The challengesThe bad thing is we don't have the Idea how big is your savings. because they won't give a good list on how they get that salary or savings

    The good thingsEasy to apply for cooperative loan but the interest seems a little bit high. Our payslip comes late and un-updated, No wage increase so far and there is no chance for you to be a regular employee since you are in contract and per project basis.
    The challengesI found difficult in this company is it doesn`t have the salary standards for every technical personnel. my co- workers has a higher salary and yet not doing well to perform his job. the company is lacking it performance monitoring and there is no compensation or motivational object in order you to perform very well .for example a letter commendation,appreciation for becoming employee of the month
