    The good thingswelcomes diversity people respect each other regardless of gender and race good paying salary nurturing culture
    The challengesi support remote sites, where communication is only via emails and meetings. it would be best i can meet my stakeholders and suppliers face to face cause it's really different when it a warm body discussion.. but i was here during pandemic, if i stay for sure i'll get the chance
