Good Beginning but Shaky Follow ThroughThe good thingsI initially started in the company as a management trainee and the management was organized and they have outlined the plans that they had for us trainees. We were initially promised 5-6 rounds of training but we ended up only rotating into 3 rounds. Despite that, we still learned a lot. We were also promoted after a year of undergoing training.
The challengesAfter being promoted, I didn't really feel much change from a being a management trainee. My compensation was made much better though but in terms of job description, there was not much difference. I felt that the company lacked in planning the next step for us. Because of that, we ended up doing tasks that were not even under the sphere of our department.
