    Fun place to work! Enjoyable environment, nonstop laughter!
    The good thingsEveryday, colleagues work together but also enjoy stuff together. We laugh, we share how our weekends went and most importantly, respect each other. Here in the company, Work and Life Management is important, we work hard but we play harder. Hoping to gain more years in this organization!
    The challengesAny careers and jobs in the world has their own challenges, but the good thing is we help each other to get back up when it's that day when it's a bit hard to process. They also understand each person's life crisis so they give a lot of consideration.

    The good thingsBesides professionalism is highly required in the headhunter field, how to stay ethical while trying to close the client's deal by any means necessary is quite important as well. Alpha Century has honored this character not only by showing but also demonstrate it.

    Good and nice working environment~
    The good thingsThe colleagues here are amiable and willing to help each other. The supervisor also gives training and guidance and is always very reliable.
    The challengesThere're a lot of great people here. They're full of knowledge and have multiple capabilities. I always push myself to learn more things from them and keep up with them.

    The challengesI would say the challenge would be the sales pressure but Performance/KPI target is common business measurement for every company.
