Simtech XpThe good thingsMy direct bosses are canadians who are very supportive and kind. This kind of work is very rare in the Philippines and such a very good starting point if you are planning to find a nice job abroad with less competitors. Also, the exposure to multinational technical people is a great training experience!
The challengesThe difficult part for me was that im the only girl in the team. Also, the shift is 12 hours a day, rotating form day to night. I dont know if it is good for others but ofr me the four days work and then four days off (which means a rolling schedule) is very challenging because my body clock is always resettin, besides, this is hard if you have church obligations such as mine.
