    Great People. Great Benefits.
The good thingsWarm and homey feel. Recognizes inclusion and diversity. Benefits are above industry and people are rewarded for a job well done. Open-door policy is highly encouraged and leadership team is commendable.
The challengesAs a start up, there are a few minor rooms for improvement but manageable overall. Need to further solidify the Human Resources Team to adapt to the challenges of the millennial workforce. Needs to adapt as well to innovation and new trends in technology.

The good thingsMy direct bosses are canadians who are very supportive and kind. This kind of work is very rare in the Philippines and such a very good starting point if you are planning to find a nice job abroad with less competitors. Also, the exposure to multinational technical people is a great training experience!
The challengesThe difficult part for me was that im the only girl in the team. Also, the shift is 12 hours a day, rotating form day to night. I dont know if it is good for others but ofr me the four days work and then four days off (which means a rolling schedule) is very challenging because my body clock is always resettin, besides, this is hard if you have church obligations such as mine.
