    The company needs to take care of employees from Head Office. Only restaurant employees are well taken care of.
    The good thingsOnly stayed long here because of my fellow rank and file employees that are nice.
    The challengesNo career development for Head Office employees. Salary is too small for workload. Accounting system is terrible. Bonus is too low. I experienced having a bonus of 3k while other companies has the minimum bonus equivalent to their basic salary. Lots of employees are resigning even before COVID. Difficult to file a leave. Supervisors are unprofessional. No trainings for head office employees.

    The good thingsi enjoy company benefits, trainings that they provide in order for us to be equipt since ALN group of companies is gowing so fast. i like how they get in touch with their people by consistently visiting us and checking our store status.
    The challengessince our company is growing to fast, promotion to a better job title is not an issue as long your youre doing your job well. you will be assigned to handle higher position with higher responsiblity but salary doesnt go along.
