    Your work as an agent not as financial advisor
    The good thingsWorking with Bank Partner is more livelier and sustainable than working with your toxic bosses.
    The challengesHigher management, Imbalance management system. Remember you are only paid in your sale not with your efforts. If you don’t have sale you don’t have income. If you’re looking for Insurers that gave fix income for Financial Consultants than this is not for you.

    The good thingsThis company is not recommended for those who are looking for a stable job, something that only motivates you to work here is to earned income and help out clients. Yes help them, Perhaps this kind of management system is kinda off load to those employee that chasing principle for value over money. Though you value the clients satisfaction it defeat then purpose of the efforts since they only gave income to those who upsell. Try to venture other insurance company rather. Once you get here Bank will always ask you are you sure about here? Which a typical doubt for us.
    The challengesEveryday is a challenge, like you wake up go to work attend morning haddle assist clients gave extra mile for marketing and even closed a sale for a range of thousand ANP where you'll a piece of % it and that wont worth the days you'd working. Would it be a fair management since it is a second largest leading insurance comp? You are no longer earning as much as you think with those flowery words of your bosses stated before. You earn you deserve but you deprived! Rem you don't have base salary compare to other System works to those they like! Sharing my honest opinion!

    The good thingsI got to meet different kinds of people, their personalities and attitudes. I was able to learn to identify different needs of each and every person towards insurance and investment. I was able to develop a very good rapport and camaraderie towards bank partners and clients as well.
    The challengesThe challenge is to generally make the sale to each and every client depending on their needs and reactions towards the product what is being offered to them. Knowing if was it the right product for them. Making sure that the product offered to them was right for them,
