Low pay compared to other companies but company culture is ok
The good thingsThey are now implementing hybrid setup, there are a lot of sports activities you can do with other employees, most of the project leads are approachable
The challengesThey could improve on the pay. Most of the developers are underpaid compared to other companies thats why a lot of the devs resign after 2 years. Not much benefits for associates and juniors. Some managers are not technical enough to understand the needs of the projects.

    Such a roller coaster experience.
The good thingsThe good things are, I experienced what the IT industry work, good mentorship, good colleagues and learned a lot.
The challengesMore OTs to finish the project by end of the week, draining and communication barrier between developers and managers (managers did not know tech jargons and do not know what they're dealing with the project they assigned to).

Your experience will greatly depend on which project you land
The good things-Great work life balance (at least on our project) -teammates are friendly -project lead, manager, and clients are all great -HRs are friendly and responsive -salary is always on time -management is not micro managing
The challenges-Even with promotions, salary progression has been slow. All the more if you're not getting promoted.

Avoid applying in this company. If you see another opportunity other than this please choose that.
The good thingsNo good things here, avoid this company if you can. It will drain your mental health and no professional growth here as Management are all unprofessional and doesn't know what they are doing.
The challengesManagers including project leads has no idea of the projects they are handling. If you ask them they will forward you to another person until you reach the internal team of your clients.

NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE AND NO OVERTIME PAY
The good thingsHighly technical and experienced team members handling massive projects
The challengesI was very overworked. Not once did I ever log out of work on time. It was normal to work 18hrs without filing for overtime. Its an easy burn out for fresh grads.

    Stressful and soul killing
The good thingsWhen you get the job done it is very rewarding because of the level of complexity.
The challengesNo training at all. You get deployed into a team and handle multiple projects and learn along the way. My team doesn't file for overtime and I work 12hrs plus. If you're a fresh grad, you burn out fast.

It is not worth it, not for long term.
The good thingsYou will learn a lot. The people are great.
The challengesWorkload is too much. You will get stuck in one project so technically you will just learn the tech your project uses. Salary is low compared to other companies. Your growth will depend on which project you land, if you are on a bad project so you will not learn anything. Most importantly, the management does not take care of their employees well.

    AEES Department
The good thingsHR are accomodating. But I suggest you find another job when you are assigned particularly on AEES Department.
The challengesPeople at AEES Department mostly tenured are toxic and insecure, feeling the best and won't help you specially if you're new. Medical benefits are very low coverage. And too hard even for consultation purposes.

    Awesome company to be with!
The good thingsFor now the best IT company I have been to in Central Visayas area. I learned a lot after coming from working abroad. The new technology and new friends from the company molds me to become strong and helps me gain much confidence in the IT industry
The challengesAs of the moment no challenges since it will always have a back up plan. This is also what I learned from the company.

    Broad job scope
The good thingsColleagues are nice people to be with. Summer outing and year-end party is done annually. Japanese lessons are provided. New-hire training was done for a limited time. Company updates meetings are conducted from time to time.
The challengesSometimes you feel like you are a ball being tossed around when you're assigned tasks that are way beyond your job scope. Not enough to no training at all provided prior the project. Overtime work gets too stressful wherein you get to do double shift.

It will develop your skills and career
The good thingsas a starter in an IT industry, i really recommend working in Alliance Software. They will help you development your skills that you already have and will also help you to gain more skills, on the career part, they will help you build your career path. It's a work-life balance company that will help you achieve your goal.
The challengesThere are two office in Alliance Software, one in Manila and Cebu, since i was assigned in Manila some of the updates and trainings was not delivered on time but they make it a point that it will be delivered as fast as they can. Anyways there are a lot of communications avenue at the offices so communication between the offices is not a problem.
