A lot of learnings yet you need to bear the office politics and micromanagers
The good thingsA lot of learnings especially on my case as my previous superior are not knowledgeable on his field.
The challengesOffice politics is very rampant which affecta your chance of promotion. A lot of unproductive meetings. Some of the leaders are micromanagers.

Read carefully the reviews before signing that JO
The good thingsDay Shift if you’re handling the APAC region.
The challengesMajority of the Processes are not streamlined. No proper SOS. They have so many projects and unproductive meetings/trainings but still seem not effective and efficient because Systems are behind, you are left with manual tasks and had to extend work. So stressful.

The good thingsWork life balance is observed, you have an option to work from home in case of natural disaster and calamities You get to have a permanent work station unless you move to another region Salary is aligned with other IT Companies Metrics are pretty easy to achieved compared to other companies. You get to learn how to navigate Active Directory including account creation, On-boarding new hires in the system and off-boarding I appreciate how the management strive to achieve performance goals without stressing their employees. Oh one more thing! IT Appreciation day! Management treat us every Friday for the hard work and I do really appreciate that.

    Allegis provides good opportunities
The good thingsYou will learn a lot, good management, employees get to travel sometimes (work-related), gives mid year bonus (depends on performance), and free instant coffee.
The challengesNature of business a bit hard to understand at first (MSP, RPO, CRPO, contracting, recruitment, and staffing) and accounting and payroll system a bit outdated.

Overall it was a worthwhile experience working here.
The good thingsthe crowd and the learning opportunities that the company has given to me and to other employees as well is what makes this company great.
The challengessince my role was for a pioneer account, its basically adjusting and continuously complying to the needs of the clients as well as the company that makes it a bit challenging, but in a good way.

Chill environment, but needs to improve on a few things
The good thingsCulture is great, everyone's approachable, the management is cool. A lot of room to grow, loads of trainings on recruitment best practices. Different accounts to move into.
The challengesRPO is fairly new and not that known within PH. Need to review salary comparison in the market. HR needs to improve a lot.

    Up for challenges
The good thingsThe company offers great opportunities in honing and gaining skills. You will be challenged by different task that requires minimal supervision while the management expect you to deliver your tasks. If you are up for those challenges, this company has a lot to offer.
The challengesThe challenges I experience is that there is no flexi-time to our team. The company is still establishing its base and many things are still needed to be patched. While the company offers great opportunities for your career. It fails to keep me motivated to strive and do my best.

    Work-Life Balance is here!
The good thingsThe main edge of AGS over their other competitors is the work-life balance it provides to its employees plus the enjoyable atmosphere of the company. Second is the flat structure of the organization - You can reach out to almost anyone even to your Senior Managers or Country leaders. Everyone is respectful and the core values of the companies really helps!
The challengesMore fun-filled activities for employee engagements and focus on employee training and development. Improve the seminars and orientations especially for new employees because it gives the initial impression of the company.
