    The challengesI dislike their HR department due to its unwelcoming attitude towards employees. HMO has no free dependents, engages in persistent cost-cutting, and offers low salaries with high expectations. Facilities, management, and computers need improvement.

    The challengesthe challenges is about the travel since the last time I work there I moved far from the work place and the salary is not really that high and it lacks because Im the only one working in our family and Im the one who is responsible for all the expenses specially to the tuition fees of my siblings

    Well balanced environment
    The good thingsWorking here at Allsectech Manila Inc. under Appleseed account is a big pleasure. They offered me more than my expected salary and the HR team is active enough in conducting activities. Work-Life Balance also exist here and my superiors were all professional.
    The challengesWork volume is quite huge but so far its still tolerable and manageable. Despite of that problem, our superior is looking for remedies and kudos for that.

    Overworked too much
    The good thingsAll the people here are my friend except for one people , She was too jealous against me . So i quit this job . I disliked selfish people. I must choose a good manager. She always started in very kind smile. I really doing my best effort and love this job. There's no overtime pay wages here. Good luck for all the new comers in getting a job at this company. Wish you all the best.
    The challengesYou got to secure this job. It's a very workaholics company. They doesn't caring about their employees health conditions. They always do not approved their overtime work. That means new comers are hard to get extra pay wages from this company. Basically , the job role is not very difficult. Customers was very arrogant and all chinese colleagues from the counter-side which is Beijing citizens , Chinese in China are tremendously ruined by not cooperating and communicating with the AR Analyst.

    The good thingsthey give opportunities to their employees to gain experience both management and rank and file
    The challengescolleagues gives you a hard time to adjust to new things making them a distraction not motivation to progress. I hope they can provide freebies to existing employees rather than newly hired employees

    The good thingsAs I worked on the company's Business Support role, the experience helped me to move forward to my career and be able to compete confidently with corporate values.
    The challengesI worked and reports directly to the Finance manager,since we are few on our team it pushes me most of the time to work on my maximum capacity to meet deadlines yet it is fun and exciting. I learned a lot.

    The good thingsThe Company has been very appreciative of the efforts of its people. Hard work and talent are rewarded as such, that they see to it that everyone gets recognized and rewarded for their efforts. Employee satisfaction is in top priority. The Company takes measures that will be beneficial to both its employee and clients.
    The challengesThe only considerable challenge or for lack of a better word, low light is that the Company seems to be missing greater exposure in terms of marketability of service. The lack of serious marketing strategies to gain enough nationwide or even worldwide recognition needs serious improvement.
