You'll be forced to grow here in order to survive.
The good things- Working with my past colleagues. They were really fun to be with. - Brands. They have a lot of brands that you will handle -- more than 3 brands. It will help you build your portfolio.
The challenges- Workload. Sometimes the intensity of workload will really take toll in your mental health and body. - Last minute assignment of tasks. - Frequent restructuring of teams + shuffling of brands that you'll handle. - Saturday works. - The lack of black and white job description and contract.

Fulfilling 2 years, filled with growth and lessons I will keep dearly.
The good thingsVisuals Department management are excellent both in and out of work. Great for first job experience because of the diversity of projects. Provides a lot of opportunities for growth in both technical and coordination skills.
The challengesToo much workload with tight schedules can be overwhelming initially, especially for newcomers. Seldom do artists need to work simultaneously with construction to reach the project deadline.

    Good for fresh graduates BUT...!
The good thingsAs my headline initiated, my two-year experience was wonderful as a fresh graduate, or at least barely (with humor intended). AllValue really lives up to its name, which is seeing value even at the kickoff of one's career. My position as Facilities Engineer has provided me the fundamentals of the practice as an engineer. The company has immersed me and boosted my confidence in the critical 'soft' skills such as decision-making, critical thinking, organization and time management. Other good things: 1. Friendly colleagues 2. Competitive salary as a fresh grad (given that you are single or no family/children who solely relies on you) 3. Comfortable working environment (CR has bidets and tissues, lavatory, microwave, water dispenser etc) 4. Chance to discover new places 5. Reimbursable lunch/OT meal during site 6. ON TIME Salary release
The challengesGoing with the "BUT", these are SOME: 1. Delayed benefits [performance increase, reimbursements release, HMO Cards etc.] 2. Unorganized Management [No Vision, No Mission, organizational goals posted in every nooks and canny of office, No rank-hierarchy organizational charts (just be surprised if the one you just argued with was a boss of another department), No DEFINITE work scope & boundaries etc] 3. Past working hours working. 4. Understaff. Its obvious. Really. Career is good at the start, but overall, AllValue is not for 'KEEPS'-type of company and workplace.

Good for individuals with no families to take care of
The good thingsCoworkers are around your age so there's no problem in connecting or coordinating in different projects. A little bragging right from your projects as these are big in-house brands (café, supermarket, etc.) Salary and experience are an okay start for fresh graduates or single individuals with no families or children to take care of, also for individuals who like to be always on the go.
The challengesNot having a written employment contract or job description was a big issue for me. Very fast-paced environment with no real rest for rank and file employees. The promise of work-life balance doesn't really happen especially in the technical departments. Scope of work is not really defined and a lot of times you have no rest due to higher-ups calling you after work hours/Sundays. Wasn't sure if I'll be able to grow my career here while also building a family.

A stressful rollercoaster ride, good for thrill junkies and committed individual
The good thingsGood office, more than your average instagramable workplace
The challengeswork-life balance. You'll be working 6 days a week for an average of 8 hours a day. After work call is stress at least for me.

    Well yes but actually no
The good thingsYou will learn a lot, but that all depends on you.
The challengesYour coworkers are nice. Some are not. Some will be very demanding and would prefer to choose their own than understanding the situations you have. They would not respect your time. There is no work life balance here.

    Good for fresh graduates
The good thingsGood company for fresh graduates who are starting their career development, as you will be exposed into different situations, sudden change of events, and different field functions. You will easily meet people, get in touch within the whole group.
The challengesThe challenges were the system, It's hard to engage especially every thing in the workplace has a deep bureaucracy. Also you will be exposed to a situation where your job description will be stretched beyond to your agreement. Very fast paced with little room for breathing, needs more work-life balance for a rank and file employees, only the senior management enjoys the positions even if shuffled or rotated.

    LIFE LESSONS
    The good thingsGood owners
The challengesNo life at all. Demanding job, you will surely lose your work life balance. Management is demanding, requires you 24/7 phone even on your rests and offs, no systems and clear procedures on everything. Every thing is on a trial stage. As if they're just experimenting and you are their scratch papers. Terrible. Join and see your luck
