    The experience at 1st is okay, but later on it become very toxic. A lot of workloads but the salary is the same, our salary is also the same with the utility.

    The challengesThe job may present challenges in dealing with HR, limited opportunities for career growth, restricted freedom to make suggestions, a low salary, limited bonus opportunities, and no yearly salary increases.
