    My Experience is not that good.
    The good thingsThe Hybrid Set-up is good.
    The challengesManagement is so toxic, the workload is unbearable and they expect that you juggle all of them in the same time. No proper training when it comes to the process, we also explore it ourselves and even created some Work instructions.

    The challengesPeople are super ultra mega micromanagers as in they time you for going to the bathroom, call you during your lunch break, even during leaves. THE ULTIMATE WORST!

    I got traumatized because of this company.
    The good thingsyou will really establish a bond with the people you worked with because you'll go through the same stress every day.
    The challengesthe account that I've worked with was mismanaged and the culture felt like we only need to follow orders. My account was an international bank, and my task was to source for different openings in the APAC region. We had multiple openings handling multiple recruiters. Most of the time we are asked to do multiple admin tasks which takes a lot of time, the time that should be used in sourcing for candidates and closing our roles. After doing all the additional tasks that are not related to our main task, we are being escalated for not being able to hit our weekly output. On top of our very busy schedule, the account would also ask us to participate in multiple mock calibration call training which further consumes our time to do our actual task. The account really sets its people to fail until they find that perfect order-taking employee. The attrition for the account was really high and the usual tenure of an employee is 1 month.

    The good things- Flexible working! AMS promotes \"working from home\" which allows their employees to have a work-life-balance. - Smart casual attire is fine. No need for you to wear corporate attire everyday. - Awesome employee referral incentives - Fun-filled mid and year end celebrations
    The challengesPromotion is too slow. You really need to perform really really well to step up for a higher position.
