My account was an international bank, and my task was to source for different openings in the APAC region. We had multiple openings handling multiple recruiters. Most of the time we are asked to do multiple admin tasks which takes a lot of time, the time that should be used in sourcing for candidates and closing our roles. After doing all the additional tasks that are not related to our main task, we are being escalated for not being able to hit our weekly output. On top of our very busy schedule, the account would also ask us to participate in multiple mock calibration call training which further consumes our time to do our actual task. The account really sets its people to fail until they find that perfect order-taking employee. The attrition for the account was really high and the usual tenure of an employee is 1 month.
