Good start for fresh graduates

The good thingsFriendly coworkers and higher management. Free to learn on your own.

The challengesDocumentation of projects, seminars and training specially for cadet engineers (you have to learn on your own because the management doesn't know the technology), 2 years bond....., 10 hours on weekdays, half day on weekends
