Great for getting experience as an electrician.
The good thingsInterns works on construction sites, the pay is great for an intern compare to other companies. They also allow you to skip work if you are taking subjects in your school.
The challengesThe main challenge is the work-life balance and the low salary. The regular electricians only get minimum wages. I ask the engineers how much salary they receive and it is very low. The company is great for getting experience as electrician but not if you're an engineer.
