I've learned to do multi tasking jobs in this company such as bookkeeping, handling and communicating people, making reports, processing government related documents, assessing and managing our clients contracts. aThe good thingsI enjoyed working at this company for ten (10) years because of the learning and experiences I have gain not only on a specific position. My employer also is very understanding on their employees. They trained, encouraged and teaches us to be more productive, wise and goal oriented in the real business world. My co-workers also are very friendly. We are like a family on this company.
The challengesAll I can say on what this company needs to improve, since it is a family corporation is for them to be more precise about on their decision making so that the employees also can work smoothly and efficiently on their task that the company wants to impose and to be more considerable to their clients.
