    The good thingsI am allowed to go in production, to tool and die maker and see how my design peripherals being done. I had the chance meeting up our customer and be able to explain to them our product.
    The challengesScheduling of employees. They hire more designers only to have a rotational work shifts. Not very ideal for an engineering /supervisory level.
