It was very important with our job as auditor to have a quality policy manual so that we can do our task, make our conclusions and give our recommendations fairly and accordingly. Their salary grading system as well as the benefits for employees is fair enough. I am grateful that I was once been part of this Company.
The challengesBeing an internal auditor was a very challenging job. You need to monitor and set controls if all the policies and procedures are being implemented. There were cases that our auditees were very reluctant to follow but still I or we manage to fulfill our task accordingly. My four years of service in my previous company was very memorable and I will cherish it for the rest of my life.
