The company provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain valuable work experience. However, the salary is comparatively low, and obtaining an increase can be challenging, regardless of the number of years you have been with the company.

The good thingsWhat I like about Al Abbar is the companionship among the QAQC Department. You would never feel out of place.
The challengesThe challenges working for this company is meeting deadlines with a short amount of time. Also, there's a lot of overtime works during September-December.

The challengesThe challenge is to finish your work on the said date which is sometimes not enough to achieve on the deadline.
