    Very poor management. No work life balance. Not good benefits. Very outdated when it comes to working tools.
    The good thingsFlexible time for others but cannot guarantee the time because even if you timed in early, you were still expected to leave the office late.
    The challengesEvery day is a challenge because the working equipment's were outdated. No proper IT security for confidential files. You will suffer to work long hours because your day off is 1 day only. Benefits were not good. The management was very poor when it comes to treatment. They don't even know how to treat employees right. The facilities were kind of messy and old and you will not find comfortability working inside the office. No proper welfare for the employees and even old employees were not accommodating. The management will give you workloads that were not in your job description. No proper coaching from peers. I don't recommend you working in this company.

    The challengesWas interviewed for a position in this company. Don't bother applying. They'll simply get ideas from you but won't hire you. The ones conducting the interview are rude and unprofessional as well. Waste of time.
