    A very fresh grad-friendly working environment
    The good thingsAirspeed has a very welcoming environment. They hire fresh graduates and offer training and one-on-one coaching which helped me in doing my job the best way I can. I learned a lot of things during my employment.
    The challengesThe systems used are a little outdated but somehow the company still makes it work.

    Everything that I learn from the company is self taught. No seminars or training in line with my position to further enhanced my knowledge and skills

    The challengesThe most challenging part for me is I dont have a companion to help me with all the load of work. No one can substitute me when if am not around because no one know how my job works. We have different task designed for us alone.
