It depends on you if you’re willing to learn. Most employees don’t teach you if you don’t ask them.
The good thingsIf you’re willing to learn, employees are very much open to share their knowledge. The smile of the passengers knowing that they’re happy with your service is so good in the heart.
The challengesYou have to communicate to different kinds of people everyday. Different types of reaction on how you serve them, it depends on you on how you will handle it.

It was absolutely a dream come true job for me!
The good thingsPrimarily, the CEO of the company, Mr. Tony, has the best and acquires beyond attributes an employee can ever ask for. Working in a very diverse community with different nationalities to work with every single day it something that sets the job extra challenging and at the same time of course, fun! and not to mention It provides you travel perks!
The challengesDealing with multi national environment, how well can you handle different personalities and basically being away with your family as an overseas worker. These are plain interpersonal skills. Job wise? as long as you're not afraid to learn from your mistakes and know how to stand for whatever conflicts may arise then everything's good to sail.
