    Review lang walang personalan.
The good thingsPractice is really good, the system is very organized. You will learn a lot during your apprenticeship. And the people are very competent that you’ll start to rethink if you’re really fit for this career path
The challengesThe salary is really low. I’m actually confused if the OTs are a bad thing or a good thing coz i’m so used to it i can’t even tell. Most people working there is married to their job, hoping that when they grow old the company will help change their diapers coz they dedicated their whole entire life serving the company

    Low Salary and toxic officemates
    The good thingsTrainings and Seminars
The challengesOfficemates are very competitive and most of them are not that friendly. You have to adapt fast to there standards or you'll be left out. Only good for licensed architects. They do not have a good program for apprenticeship. Never had a diverse experience. Salary is very low and given late. You'll get a very minimal increase. Fruits of your labor will only have a chance once a year.

Worth to stay, if you leave near the area, Great Experience I learned a lot and have a friendly environment, don't be shy to show your self.
The good thingsA competitive and friendly colleague is my ideal environment for work. It easy to work and learn on them, and mostly you're pleased to work.
The challengesHonestly, I enjoy working here, but it causes me almost 6 hours every day commuting to work.

It offer great challenges to progressive professionals!
The good thingsThe leader is a visionary and that same attitude is instituted and lived as a culture. This is what i believe, separates Aidea from the other firms in its field. This is a very positive and growth oriented firm in that it prioritizes and nurture its people as one of its its top mission. Its soul is grounded on integrity, professionalism, fairness and passion to help create a decent society for people.
The challengesManaging people and keeping abreast with with change are the greatest challenges the firm has. The dynamics of keeping up with the challenges offered by technology to our business has its impact on how we keep pace to make our peoples skills, mindset and motivation relevant and align with our vision. As long as the company remains committed to its visions , any challenges wont be a big hurdle to meets is overall mission of being an industry leader.

    Good experience, low salary
The good thingsMuch to learn from veterans and colleagues from knowledge to software depending on which "studio" you land. Systematic approach and standardized systems and processes. You will learn how big companies work.
The challengesLow salary, demands a lot of overtime, could use some uniform/attire de minimis. Offset perks speaks of the overtime demand. Fruits of your labor will only have a chance once a year. I can only speak for the group I was part of.

The challengesLow Salary in an Office Location with High Demands. Employment is prioritized for scholars or previous interns, and graduates with flying colors.

    You'll gain enough knowledge
The good thingsThe additional compensations excluded to the employee's wage and government mandated benefits are pretty good and very incomparable to other big companies. Celebrations and gatherings will help you ease the pressure and stress at work. The company will support the talents that you still want to pursue while working with them. Moreover, they facilitate helpful seminars that you may use later on.
The challengesRendering overtime may be unavoidable, practically the same as politics. There is also minimal room for entry level position or new employees with higher position to go up because competency among employees is apparently observed.
