Not good experience until the last day of my employment. Even the clearances took time to complete because HR does not prioritize employee welfare especially those who already resigned. Their priority is to only get their job done and call it a day.
The good thingsA lot of perks, office activities.
The challengesSome in the management lacks empathy or do not even know what it means.

    Working with Philam Life
The good thingsThe organizational structure is pretty linear. So there's relatively limited opportunities for growth unless there's reorganization where they create new roles and new positions. They value long-term employees if they perform. Also, benefits are good but base pay is quite small when you compare it to other company offers. Environment is pretty cool. But there are people who will make you wonder why they have gotten in in the first place, and why they are in their position.
The challengesIt's a little bit of politics but manageable. Also, there needs to be more appreciation on things that people do when it comes to the C-level people.

Being in the company is a promising experience as long as you put your heart on it.
The good thingsI enjoyed learning new ideas, being with my colleagues, giving services and financial advises to clients.
The challengesFinancial advisors need to manage their time wisely. Being one of them, you need to make your time flexible. Sometimes you need to work overtime depending on the availability of the clients.

Life changing experience! It opened my world to a lot of possibilities!
The good thingsSo many incentives, a lot of learnings that you can get certified for, you make life long friends, and you are exposed to a lot of different and exciting challenges. You really need to be dynamic in whatever role you may have. You will have mentors who will help you and motivate you. Teamwork makes the team work in this company as well. :)
The challengesIt would be better if the company has a local HR that can cater your concerns. Also would be better if employees' salaries are commensurate to the level of stress you will be exposed to. However the benefits and incentives more than make up for the monthly salary.
