    The challengesThis management should have full trust to their middle manager, change organization culture with malasakit to their employees and lastly hire enough number of employees for the job or follow their organizational chart.

    My experience here in Ahnex was great.
    The good thingsI enjoy working here because I have a good manager and he taught me well all throughout.
    The challengesThey should improve the kind of regularization here, there are many problems most specially in their HR Department. The yearly increase in work also is needed for the employees to be more flexible in their works.
