    The good thingsVery easy to get hired, especially for fresh graduates. Good working environment.
    The challengesMinimum salary. Long time to wait before you become a regular employee. No HMO, load allowance, and other benefits. No career development opportunity. Little to no support from the Human Resources.

    The good thingsVery easy to get hired in this company for a fresh grad although salary is minimum. Load is given by company but minimal also.
    The challengesSalary is minimum and you have to file on paper your DTR & OT every cutoff. Job is contractual only.
