    The good thingsPeople here are nice and friendly. Work/life balance is a priority. There's no much pressure in work, as long as you accomplish tasks accordingly. Higher ups are kind to give you enough time to improve your skills. Benefits wise, it's a bit above average since they provide rice subsidy and other bonuses.
    The challengesChance of promotion is very little.
