    Changes of working environment is the most challenging working here. Dealing with great and worst people.
    The good thingsMost of HR staff, OM, PM and PIC are great and friendly. You will learn a lot working here.
    The challengesLow salary, Rude HR staff also exist. When you're unlucky, you will be assigned on another site with the worst PM and PIC who both underperform and toxic at the same time.
