    The challengesMicromanagement. Low salary. Low salary increases and hard to get a salary increase. High volume of production for incentives.

    The good thingsThis company serves as my second home for almost 3 years. Employees here are warm hearted and very interesting. Although there are lot of differences, we manage to become one when it comes to production and team work.
    The challengesWe usually have lots of overtime when it we hit peak season. Because this is a BPO company, we tend to go to work during holidays and spent much more time in office. Working on nights are very hard for designers.

    The good thingsMostly, what made my working experience here a fair one is the people. Most employees are young and fun to be with, and I feel that I am appreciated here. Also, all the necessary softwares and units we need for work are high-tech and very updated.
    The challengesI find it difficult to render a fixed \"night shift\" work in here especially when you got nothing so much to do. Like, it's hard to stay awake when you dont have so much work to do. Also, I'd give them a better rating only if they would make their employee rewarding system fair.
