    The good thingsWe are given the opportunity to develop our potentials in the work area. Each of us was given a task that will test if the tasks assigned is right for our skills.
    The challengesThe challenge was the tasks given is not suitable for our college degree. We are given tasks that is way too far from our previous job experience. It was challenging that a task for 5 employees was assigned to one employee only.

    The good thingsYou'll get to know already the goodness of your superiors, because they're the one will conduct your first and at the same time your last interview, its a one day process. giving you the opportunity to meet and get your first impressions.. which us why I love that kind of interviews
    The challengesAt first it made me nervous, but they are the one who initiated making jokes, and making us comfortable.. that's makin us challenge and giving us more time to think and analyzes the question more..
