    Not recommended to work in this company
    The good thingsSocial skills, you get to improve social skills.
    The challengesEven if there's a natural calamity such as typhoon or even earthquake, you still need to work. It does not matter whether it's magnitude 3 or even 6.2 you will not from your seat and will continue to work. Even with the higher ranking employees or HR, there is no initiatives to tell them to pause what they are doing and get out of the building. Employees got stranded in flooded areas because they did not suspend their work until the weather became worst. They don't give regular day-off and sometimes will have to work 7 days a week, 10 to 12 hours a day. If I can only give no stars while rating I have already given it. 👎👎

    Ok package but youll need extra patience.
    The good things- ok salary and benefits - was able to experience working for a multinational company - with wfh option during covid/ flexible work schedule. - opportunity gave me a chance to study the market and learn the best practices of competitors from local and international firms.
    The challenges- takes forever for the management to know their direction, which is a negative point since competitors are moving fast. - lacks transparency among members in terms of crucial info that can greatly affect a project - approvals and management decissions takes forever - individualistic work culture. - minimal room for creativity

    The good thingsa. Has no entrance exam during the hiring process. b. The individualistic work culture gives you room to study the best practices of other companies and see it's application to the projects that you are working on. c. Yearly increase and free HMO for the employee

People don't really want to meet in the middle to ease everybody's workload or to meet the goals and objectives. c. No Work from home arrangement during the Covid-19 outbreak, was asked to consume leaves to get a salary. d. Inefficient cascade of HR announcements.

    The challengesThey dont have a construct ideas on a project. Once they need, they want the project to be done immediately without proper briefing and preparation. The process of paper works are too slow.
