    Not so bad but not so good. More improvement for the management.
    The good thingsIn terms of experience- it is good enough, what you see is what you get. People are very accommodating and approachable. Staffs are friendly but not all.
    The challengesSometimes, too much pressure because of few staff are working for many projects. Maybe the types of workload also, and the distribution of load is not equal. Only few staffs were doing several project which make everybody rush at all times. Lack of coordination.

    The good thingsOur employer initiate programmes on professional development, to lead and good ethics. Constant technical trainings, leaderships and personal development to achieve work targets and purpose. The employer always intend to specifically imbued the importance of team work. Our employer, specifically the managers, constantly approach each employer as a support to develop and learn more about the job and fellowship.
    The challengesProper orientations were conducted to new comers, discussed about work values. It is encourage that everyone shall pursue more technical and development seminars, trainings. The employee aim that the level of expertise of each employee shall be professional level personal approach and encouragement thru audit, interview and advance trainings.
