    The good things1. Compensation pkg. was good. 2. They are exerting efforts to improve process and competitiveness. 3. Recognized as a technology pioneer and strong brand name. 4. Managed to retain some of the technical experts.
    The challenges1.Cross functional presence not well defined. Overlaps result to confusion with directions. 2. Turnover in all levels is very high failing to keep consistent directions to workforce. No constancy of purpose. 3. Technical capability is depleted, process technology is obsolete and they cannot compete with others having more robust process.
