    The good thingsthe company has given me other than the salary, is the experience and knowledge about working in a big manufacturing company like this. The benefit of working with my coworkers and the time spend to a different environment.
    The challengesit's a company with different people with different ethnicity and attitude so its a work in progress dealing and working with them. One learns to adjust and be flexible in work and within the workplace.

    The good thingsTHE GOOD THING IS, I DEFINITELY GROW AND ENHANCE MY ABILITY IN PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS IN THIS FIELD.
    The challengesI AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE SUPERVISION SOMETIMES. SOME LEADER ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH THE PROCESS SO IT'S QUIT CHAELLENGING WHEN YOU HAVE TO TELL THEM FIRST WHAT NEED TO DO BEFORE DOING IT.

    As machine operator of ASE KAOHSIUNG TAIWAN im glad that I beeb experienced working to that prestigious company.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with Taiwanese people and my leader rewarded me high amount if incentives when i meet or over the target plan.
    The challengesWorking in Ase KAOHSIUNG is challenging beacuse you need to focus to your work, if not you will punished, and may deduct the money if you did wrong or mistake about your work process.

    The good thingsWorking with Taiwanese people are enjoying, teaching new operator also makes me enjoy because I proved that i can be a good trainor. And aside from that, working with high incentives will also makes employee enjoyed working. The work may tiring but atleast the company will pay the hard work of the employees.
    The challengesThe boss are sometimes pushing you to work more harder even you did your best just to meet or over the target. There are times that they didn't appreciate your work hard, even you give your best just to meet what they wanted.
